"KANI DO RAKU is one of the most representative restaurants in Japan, and has become very popular among Japanese people. After more than a year of being closed since the establishment of Chishibune in 1960, KANISUKI was born in Dotonbori, Osaka in 1962 and became a popular restaurant.

The huge crab sign has become a symbol of Osaka and a tourist attraction. Inside the Dotonbori restaurant, you can see fresh crabs raised in cages, and enjoy seasonal kaiseki dishes, signature crab sukiyaki, oden dishes, sushi, special gifts, and a la carte dishes, and the crab sukiyaki finishing porridge is to die for!

If you want to enjoy all-you-can-eat snow crabs at an affordable price, head to Kani Gen, where you can also add a drink set menu, each of which offers crab sukiyaki, seafood teriyaki, tempura, sushi and more, making it a great value!

The recommended dish is the "Kani Miso Koro Yaki", where you can taste all the deliciousness of crab, which goes well with the flavour of sake, so try pouring sake over the leftover crab shells to taste. Kani no Sashimi, a luxurious dish of raw snow crab, is also very popular, so go early if you want to try it, as it's limited in quantity.

If you want to enjoy crab dishes in a more luxurious way, come to Hareya Beidi, a Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy fresh crabs and seafood from a collection of Echizen cuisine in Hokuriku. During the season, they also offer live golden crabs delivered directly from the Echizen fishing port, and abalone is served fresh from the tank, which is excellent for its freshness.

You can choose from a variety of kaiseki dishes to suit your purpose and budget, and enjoy the flavours of the season. Matsubatei

"Kani no Matsuba-tei" is a very sophisticated restaurant that delivers ingredients directly from the production area of its proprietor in the Sanin area. From October, we offer Kasumi crab, and from November, you can enjoy Matsuba crab, which is only available in winter. The golden crab, which is a mixture of Kasumi crab and Matsuba crab, is a limited ingredient in April every year, as only a few dozen of them appear out of thousands.

Not only crabs and sake, but also rice, of which the best quality "Koshihikari rice from Tajima" in Hyogo Prefecture is used. Kanifuku

KANIFUKU is a restaurant specialising in puffer fish and crab dishes, located in an excellent location 3 minutes' walk from the east exit of Hankyu 13 Station. The signature dish is the snow crab, which is cooked in an exclusive method that makes the meat sweeter and reproduces the freshness that allows it to be eaten raw. The "thick kanemiso" and "famous kanekura koboori sushi" on the menu are the best of the best!

In front of the restaurant, there is a tank where over a kilo of tiger puffer fish is raised, so you can enjoy freshly killed and delicious, and the sea bass, which is so succulent that you can eat it in one big bite, is worth trying, and is complemented by the restaurant's homemade yuzu vinegar.
