Just a 1-2 minute walk from Shinsaibashi 🔍 Station, this izakaya is the perfect illustration of a late-night diner. The environment is warm and cosy, as if every corner smells like home. This izakaya also thoughtfully offers breakfast service, so you can start your day off right with a delicious meal.

Breakfast is only the salmon roe tamago-yaki set, the salmon roe is soaked in a fairly thick soy sauce, which is a little salty, but goes very well with the tamago-yaki. The accompanying miso soup was very tasty, with plenty of ingredients, rich flavour and smooth texture.

With lighting full of high-class feeling and red carpet to create a sense of luxury in the space, the waiters wear fashionable clothes, kneeling position to help guests to order, focus on smoke exhaust so that guests will not eat all over the smell of burnt meat and so on. Every piece of meat served to guests is cut by hand, piece by piece.

Because the meat is cut by hand, the staff can remove excess fat and tendons when handling the meat, and also adjust the thickness according to the softness of each part of the meat, so that each piece of meat tastes the same, and even the cut lines of the meat are also very careful. The dining environment, hospitality, and the way the meat is handled are all of a very high standard, allowing guests to enjoy not only the food, but also the five senses in an all-round way.
