Itamaeyakinikuichigyuu

Itamae Yakiniku Ichimitsu can be eaten with A5 grade domestic Wagyu beef. In order to enjoy the original flavour of the meat, we cut the meat by hand according to the quality of the meat after accepting the order. The limited edition platter "Ichimitsu-mori" offers a wide range of unique flavours, from the best parts of the meat such as tenderloin and ribs to rare parts of the meat.

The overall structure of the restaurant is calm, and you can choose from a single room with a stone wall for an elegant atmosphere and a bar seat for one person.

Here you can savour the best of the best, carefully selected by meat experts. You can enjoy a variety of styles of Wagyu beef, and only the finest females that have been raised for at least 29 months are offered. We recommend the 35-day matured meat, which is cooked at a precisely controlled temperature, for a richer, more flavourful taste.

Yakinikutamanoya

Yakiniku Tamanoya is a famous restaurant that has captured the hearts of those who love Japanese beef, and is well known in Minami, where yakiniku restaurants gather. We strictly select the "ultimate" long-bred, childless Japanese beef and offer "Ultimate Female Wagyu" in a variety of cooking methods. There is only one omakase option. With its refined bar seating and cosy wooden atmosphere, the restaurant seats only 10 people per day. The owner personally and carefully selects wagyu beef from Mie Prefecture's Matsusaka and Miyazaki cows, which are ordered from producers, and cooks them in front of customers. The chef continues to impress with many highly original meat dishes, drawing on his experience in French and Japanese cuisine.
