Yakinikuyamachan

"Yakiniku YAMACHAN is a new series of restaurants in the famous Kaiseki restaurant "Tomokoji YAMAKISHAN" located near Hankyu Railway "Uzumaru" Station, which is a little bit away from the busy district of Kyoto. The restaurant wants to take grilling to a higher level, so it combines the sophistication of kaiseki cuisine with yakiniku and prepares yakiniku according to the customer's taste with the techniques of wagashi.

Located in the Nijo Castle neighborhood of Kyoto, "Meat House Sakurajin" (肉家 桜真) has a Japanese townhouse atmosphere. The beef is purchased directly from Kyoto's beef wholesalers, and the chef, who loves beef, prepares beef dishes with a sense of happiness. The restaurant also regularly updates the red wine that goes with the beef, so that guests can enjoy the highest level of taste bud enjoyment.

"Located in the Gion district, one of Kyoto's most charming neighborhoods, Gion Keroku has been converted from a former zaibatsu's residence. The restaurant has a garden where you can enjoy the changing seasons, a spacious lobby and four private rooms with a peaceful atmosphere.

The restaurant uses a selection of A4 grade or higher black hair Wagyu beef, and the thickness and cut of the meat are adjusted according to the part of the beef and its origin. Not to be missed is Kajiroku's specialty, "Special Negi Tane Shioyaki (beef tongue seasoned with selected scallions and salt)," a citrus and tuna sauce that pairs fresh beef tongue with the refreshing flavor of white onions and green onions for a luxurious treat for the taste buds.
